ZONING ORDINANCE · ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SYSTEMS

A. ### Ground Source or Geothermal Heat Pump Systems 1\. Ground source heat pump systems shall be allowed as a permitted accessory use in all zoning districts in accordance with State of Minnesota standards and manufacturers guidelines. B. Solar Energy Systems 1\. Solar energy systems shall be allowed as a permitted accessory use in all zoning districts in accordance with State of Minnesota standards and manufacturers guidelines. ### C. Hydronic Furnaces 1\.
