Maximum compensatory time off that may be carried by a non-exempt employee.
Non-exempt Employees are eligible to elect compensatory time off in lieu of overtime pay. A maximum of sixty (60) hours of compensatory time off may be carried at any one time. All compensatory time shall be marked as such on official timesheets, both when it is earned and when it is taken.
