5. THE CONTRACT PRICE. The City will pay Contractor for services rendered under this Agreement as follows: a. $ 60.00 per animal for the pick-up of dogs or other animals, as directed by a member of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, City Administration, or City Clerk, whether the animal is then actually picked up or if the Contractor goes to a place as directed and finds there is no animal to be picked up.
