Minimum driveway width for single or two dwellings.
The driveway shall be a minimum of twelve (12) feet in width for single dwellings, or two dwellings which share a driveway, and shall be designed to accommodate the maneuvering and turnaround of emergency vehicles and fire apparatus in accordance with Section 503 of the International Fire Code.
