Estimated cost to construct a new road to city standards per mile.
Because of what we have learned in the past, by just having people put in cheap roads, years ago road standards were instituted so now you have to put in proper base and proper asphalt to make it a 30 year road. The question is how strictly and uniformly we are going to enforce this. If they are going to put in roads it's got to be built to standards and typically what we have heard from our Engineer is that they are about a million dollars a mile to put in a good road. Most people, when they are dividing up property amongst family members don't have that kind of money.
