WHEREAS, the Drydens were provided with six payment statements which identified for each charge, the date of the charge, the person or company providing the service or good, and the amount due; and WHEREAS, a balance of $9,072.60 remains plus attorney fees and charges. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOWTHEN 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The staff is authorized to specially assess any and all amounts due.
