Staff is requesting a new updated three (3) step rolling ladder/stairs for the Recycling Center to put materials in roll off containers. The old ladder is rusty, bent and unsafe. Research concluded that the attached product fits the needs best. Compared with three (3) others, two (2) that were less expensive ($210 - $230) had very narrow steps, 16x7, no platform and were too short.
