He submitted a stack of police reports for calls to that property address only. That was from 1 dealer; and does not include the neighbor next door that has had cars stolen, trucks ransacked, and all the other neighbors that Ostendorf has talked to on the NE portion of Nowthen who have had homes, shops broken into and other things stolen that they really can't report to the cops because it isn't valued enough to report to their insurance company because of the $2K deductible on the insurance.
