Gross acreage used in calculation for residential lot averaging.
Johnson asked if these residential lots were going to be 5 acres lots or averaging 5 acre lots. Response, current proposal is that most lots are 2.5 acres to 3.98 acres, with none over four acres. Stockman said that the average is five acres, using the previously mentioned formula to determine the average: Gross acreage (100 acres) divided by 5 (minimum acreage allowed) = 20 lots available.
Reasoning: Asset value (acreage) used in planning calculation.
