Blake asked regarding the Council's decision last Fall to authorize $80,000 to put in a well to fill up the tanker trucks. Pilon said that discussion is still out there. Blake said that it was authorized, and asked Clerk Streich about the minutes for that. Clerk Streich said that October. 2020, $80,000 was approved for putting in the well. Blake asked why it did not get done. Clerk Streich said that in December, 2020, she was asked to put it on hold.
