Thank you for the information. We don't have an extra $500k lying around, so we need to find a way to stay below the threshold that forces the stormwater requirements. My understanding from our engineer is that we can most likely stay below the stormwater threshold if we weren't required to do the ROW. Is building the ROW the same as the "deferral process" you noted below that might have to be revisited or are you just talking about deferring the paving (which is a very small part of the $500k estimate)?
