WHEREAS, The hourly rate for the deputy city clerk is $39 per hour plus overtime, and;

Base hourly wage for Deputy Clerk Natalie Johnson prior to promotion.

Natalie's wages have been $39 per hour plus overtime. Mike maintains that the cost to hire an Interim Administrator would be between $80-$100 plus expenses. So considering city circumstances offering her an additional 25% per hour or the addition of $9.75 per hour from the $39 per hour to $48.75 seems reasonable.
